Judge reinstates expelled member
24th November, 2011 by Jenny Yu
An expelled member of Dullatur Golf Club in Scotland has been reinstated by one of the most senior judges in the country.
Bobby Innes, who ran the club’s website as a volunteer, was, according to the Daily Record, booted out “following a spat with [the club's] ex-captain”.
Innes took his club to the Court of Session, the supreme civil court in Scotland, where Judge Lord Uist ordered the expulsion to be lifted on the basis that the club’s disciplinary process was flawed. The club has been ordered to pay Innes’ legal costs.

They have recently suspended another member and refused him the right of appeal. The same offence as Bobby Innes. The hubris of the ‘Office Bearers’ and the Council at Dullatur Golf Club will destroy a once proud club.
I really need details on what factors were present that turned the Bobby Innes dismissal hearing into a Kangaroo court. This is desperately needed information. Is it possible for me to have Booby Innes’s email address.
